About the Role:

Join Anytime Fitness as the Vice President and lead our mission to promote fitness and wellness in New Albany, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of health and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and member engagement.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming environment for all members.
Lead and mentor the management team to achieve operational excellence and staff development.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and community outreach programs.
Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Foster partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community involvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe facility for all.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in the fitness or health industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of financial management and operational metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead teams.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Proven track record of successful project management and strategic planning.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
