Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance member satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality fitness experience for all members.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of fitness professionals to foster a positive work environment.
Drive membership growth through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain facility standards.
Build and maintain relationships with members, staff, and local businesses to enhance community presence.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the gym competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Relevant certifications or degrees in business management, fitness, or related fields are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
A positive, energetic demeanor that inspires others and fosters teamwork.
